Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Dehradun
- Pickup from Jolly Grant Airport : Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to a premium hotel in Dehradun.
- Seamless Check-In : Enjoy a hassle-free check-in experience with personalized assistance.
- Evening Briefing : In the evening, our team will provide a detailed briefing about the yatra, including the schedule, guidelines, and contact information for assistance at each destination.
- Dinner & Stay : Relish a lavish buffet dinner at the hotel’s fine-dine restaurant and enjoy a comfortable stay with a beautiful city view.
Pro Tip: Ensure your arrival in Dehradun aligns with the hotel’s check-in policy (standard check-in time is 3:00 PM).
Day 2 : Kedarnath Dham Darshan
- Helicopter Departure : Depart from Sahastradhara Helipad at 7:10 AM and arrive at Phata Helipad by 7:40 AM.
- Shuttle to Kedarnath : From Phata, take a shuttle helicopter to Kedarnath for a VIP Darshan at the temple.
- Temple Visit : Spend 1 to 1.5 hours at Kedarnath Dham, offering prayers and soaking in the divine atmosphere.
- Return to Phata : After the darshan, return to Phata via shuttle helicopter.
- Lunch & Stay : Enjoy a delicious lunch at a premium resort and rest overnight in Phata.
Note : Special aarti or pooja at Kedarnath is not included in the package and will be charged separately.
Day 3 : Badrinath Dham Darshan
- Helicopter Departure : Depart from Phata Helipad at 8:00 AM and arrive at Badrinath Helipad by 8:30 AM.
- Temple Visit : Spend 1 to 1.5 hours at Badrinath Dham, offering prayers and experiencing the spiritual aura.
- Lunch & Relaxation : Post-darshan, head to a premium hotel for a sumptuous lunch and relaxation.
- Stay : Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 4 : Return to Dehradun
- Helicopter Departure : Depart from Badrinath Helipad at 8:30 AM and arrive at Sahastradhara Helipad by 9:20 AM.
- Luggage Collection : From Sahastradhara, you’ll be dropped at the hotel for luggage collection.
- Airport Drop : Our team will provide a drop-off at Jolly Grant Airport according to your flight timings, bidding you a heartfelt farewell.
Package Inclusions
- Helicopter services from Dehradun to Kedarnath, Badrinath, and back.
- Airport and hotel transfers in Dehradun.
- Complimentary stay in Dehradun on the day of arrival (1 major meal and 1 breakfast included).
- Accommodation for 3 nights (1 night at each Dham) with all meals included (twin sharing basis).

- Helicopter handling charges, taxes, and government levies.
Package Exclusions
- Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath : INR 6,500 for 5 people (approx.).
- Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinath : INR 4,300 per person (approx.).
- Additional night stay at Dehradun or other destinations.
- Flights or train ticket bookings.
- Mussoorie, Haridwar, or Rishikesh day trips.

Other Travel Guidelines for Passengers
- The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
- Taxes as per Government notification.
- In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
- Hotel Check-Out Timing is 1100 Hrs and Check-In Timing is 1300 Hrs.
Cancellation Policy
- No Refund : Within 15 days of Arrival Date
- 50% Refund : 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival
- Full Refund : 30 Days & More - No Deductions would be levied.
