Badrinath temple is dedicated to the Lord Vishnu. The temple is situated in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand and long the bank of Alaknanda. The temple is constructed by the Adi Guru Shankracharya.
Valley of Flower is located in the north of Chamoli in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The park is full of flora and fauna and known for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora. The valley was declared a national park in 1982 and now it is a World Heritage Site.
Hemkund Sahib gurudwara is a Sikh pilgrimage site and located in the high altitude area of Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Ninth Guru of Sikhs Guru Govind Singh Ji had meditated here and the place is surrounded by the seven mountain peaks. A lake lies near the Gurudwara.
Tour Package Itinerary
Day – 1 – Rishikesh – Joshimath (9/10 hours / 255 km)
Arrive at the Rishikesh, Rishikesh is the gateway of the Garhwal. The journey will be quite long and we will proceed to the Joshimath via Rudraprayag. Lunch will be served in the Rudraprayag. After lunch we will proceed to our further journey. Arrive at the Joshimath. Joshimath is connected with Auli by highest cable car of Asia. Joshimath is situated at an elevation of 1,890mts above sea level. Overnight stay and dinner will be at the hotel.
Day – 2 – Joshimath – Govindghat – Ghangaria (24 km drive / 9 km trek)
In the morning we will drive to Pulna (Govindghat). After reaching Pulna we will trek towards Ghangharia. Ghangria is 9 km from the here. All the distance will cover by the walk. Ghangaria is a scenic hamlet perched at an altitude of 3,050mts above sea level. It is the last human habitation centre on the way to Hemkund Sahib and the Valley of Flowers. Dinner and overnight stay will be in private accommodation.
Day – 3 – Ghangaria – Valley of Flower (4 km trek one way)
In the morning after breakfast, we trek towards Valley of the flower. You will see the stunning meadows, waterfalls on the way to the valley. The opening time of the valley is 7:00 a.m. and you can enter in the valley till 2 p.m. After 2:00 p.m. the entry is not allowed. You will see different types of flower who are blooming in front of you. You will be given a packed lunch and no food stores could be found on the way. After a wonder-full submit we will back to Ghangaria for our night stay.
Day – 4 – Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria (6 km trek one side)
In the morning after breakfast, we will start our trek towards Shri Hemkund Sahib with packed lunch. The trek is full of adventure and you will see the stunning mountains peaks. After reaching the Shri Hemkund Sahib, take a dip in the Kund and perform pooja here. After the darshan, we will be back to Ghangaria. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Ghangaria.
Day – 5 – Ghangaria – Govindghat – Badrinath (9 km trek / 25 km drive)
In the morning we will trek towards Govindghat. After reaching Govindghat we will drive towards Badrinath. After reaching the Badrinath temple check-in the hotel. Later we will visit the temple and perform the pooja here. Overnight stay and dinner will be at the hotel.
Day – 6 – Badrinath – Kaleshwar(Karnprayag) (5/6 hours / 119 km)
In the morning after the delicious breakfast, we will again visit the Badrinath temple. Later we will visit the Mana village. Then we will proceed to the Kalshwar via Joshimath. You can take a ride of Auli cable car ride on direct payment basis. Finally, we will proceed to the Kaleshwar for our night stay.
Day – 7 – Kaleshwar – Rishikesh (6/7 hours / 178 km)
In the morning after breakfast we will proceed to the Rishikesh. After reaching the Rishikesh lunch will be served to you and our will tour will end here.
